The Boathouse Cottage is situated on the Eastern shore of Loch Lomond on The WestHighland Way.
Set within one acre of secluded garden, with over 100 meters of loch foreshore, a boat slipway, and a jetty.
It is an original 18th Century croft building uniquely converted into an open plan layout to sleep 3 persons.
It retains many traditional features including a roll-top bath and wood-burning stove, as well as modern
conveniences such as underfloor heating.
The cottage is ideally located for nature lovers, walkers, water sports, fishing,
or just sitting back and relaxing in the loch shore garden.
The extensive garden with an orchard and a burn running through it is surrounded by high hedging and fenced, giving privacy and security for guests and making it perfect for dog owners.

Absolutely outstanding cottage in a beautiful location! Perfect for romantic getaways to be amongst each other and the mountains. The host has great communication and went above and beyond in kindly assisting my partner (now fiancé) with his proposal. Warm found memories we'll treasure forever.

An absolute hidden gem! We arrived when the weather was at its absolute worst but a dreadful journey turned into a wonderful stay! The owner was constantly in contact, making sure we arrived safely. We can’t wait to return in the summer to make use of the lochside garden. I couldn’t recommend this cottage enough!

The cottage is absolutely stunning and comfortable. Our stay was pleasant, especially with crazy weather outside the fireplace and stone walls made it cosy and quite romantic. We definitely recommend The Boathouse for a short or long stay. Conic Hill is not far away so if anyone is looking for an easy walk, that's the right place to be.
